We are currently open Monday through Thursday from 7:30am - 6pm. Friday is our late day - we open at 7:30am - 6:30pm. Saturday we are open at 8am - 5pm. (Please be punctual and try to come a little earlier than closing if you need alterations or repairs to be done) We are closed on Sundays.

Yes. Always. We are the proud home of twelve expert tailors. There is always a tailor on hand that would be happy to help you with all of your alteration and repair needs. Our tailors and seamstresses come from some of the finest fashion houses, specialize in couture garments and really know great fit. Whether it’s a simply hem of your favorite pair of jean or your getting married and want to ensure you and your bridesmaids look their very best - our tailors have you covered from ‘toes to nose’.

This question we get all the time. We encourage our clients to come in for a free consultation and speak with one of our professional tailors/seamstresses. With the garment in front of us (or having tried in on in one of our cozy changing rooms), we can accurately price any repairs that need to be made - we wouldn’t like to misquote you over the phone or over an email.

We have found that processing garments too quickly, or ‘rushing’ them, does not allow our professional technicians ample time to do what we’ve become so good at. In our experience and in our heart, we do not like to return a garment to a client that has not been cleaned and finished in the best possible way. We don’t take shortcuts. We professionally and responsibly treat your garment to look ‘better-than-new’. The soonest, and we mean soonest we can comfortably have your garments for you would be the following day at 5pm. However, if you don’t need your garments right away, please allow us four full production days to bring them back to life and looking runway ready.

To meet the needs of our clients during such a traumatic time, we’ve introduced tiered pricing for our Bed Bug and Pest Control Service to accommodate your home as well and your pocket.
Economy (- 20%) - This includes the extermination treatment and fine cleaning of your garments. This does not include the pressing and finishing of your garments. They will be beautifully folded and packaged for you to hang when you receive your order.
Bed Bug Extermination and Garment Care - Your garments and other items are treated for Bed Bugs and other pests, cleaned professionally by our specially licensed technicians and then set to our finishing department where your garments will be pressed perfectly, packaged and ready to wear (as though they had just come back from your favorite couture cleaner, us.)
‘Fit for Royalty’ Deluxe Treatment (+ 20%) - You don’t want to be home. You escape to your sumer home. You’d prefer to stay in a hotel or at a friends until everything is taken care of. Trust us to remove whatever needs to be processed from your home, noting how your garments are organized in your closets and drawers. Sweaters neatly folded, your suits on your fine wooden hangers, etc. - your garments will come back and be organized in your closet just they way you’d like - so your ready to come home and pick-up where you left off - obviously, without those scary critters.
