Professional Wet Cleaning

Wet cleaning is the cleaning technology recognized by the EPA's Design for the Environment Program, the Sierra Club, the NRDC, Consumers Union and virtually all the leading environmental advocacy groups as the most 'green' and environmentally friendly of the processes available to cleaners.  It's also the most difficult cleaning technology and process to master, which is why we are one of the few statewide that operate with it at our level.

Frankly, professional wetcleaning requires a lot of training, a sizeable investment in equipment and technology, a lot of time to pre-handle, process and press, specially developed formulas and programs and a real commitment to getting it right.  It's harder and more costly process than both traditional and non-traditional dry cleaning. While it's also not the ideal cleaning method for many garments (one of our finely honed skills is recognizing when to wet clean and when to not!), BUT for those items suitable to the process, we invest the time, energy and skills needed to make it work.  We are very proud of what we've achieved on the environmental front and we continue to challenge ourselves to do more and better every day.

If you ever have a spare moment and would like a tour), we'd love to show you what we do, how we do it and explain to you why we do it!  You might be as fascinated and impressed as some of the elected officials and EPA engineers who have taken a similar tour!  Let us know if you're interested and we'll take you around.
